Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in pharma/biotech product management, strong communication, and solid analytical skills to identify gaps and drive optimised product performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of brand or product management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain product features and benefits.
• Strong analytical skills to identify product gaps and propose actionable solutions.
• Experience in handling customer interactions and resolving product concerns.
• Relevant experience in product management, sales, marketing, or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and planning for the immuno line.
• Coordinate with principals / suppliers on new product launches, updates, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with the sales team to provide product knowledge, pricing strategies, and selling tools.
• Monitor sales performance, reagent consumption, and inventory levels for the immuno line.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Develop business cases and justify investments in new or enhanced products.
