Job summary

Pharmaceutical Company in the Philippines seeks an Associate Product Manager – Ethical to support planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies for ethical pharmaceutical products. You will work with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other teams to drive product awareness and meet business objectives.

The role requires a 3+ year background in pharma marketing or product management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, sales, or a related healthcare industry role.
• Experience in ethical pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned products.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, market share, and competitive activities.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend initiatives to improve product growth.
• Support product launches, relaunches, and lifecycle management activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products, therapeutic areas, and competitors.
