Job summary

bioMérieux SA in the Philippines seeks a Product Manager - Immunoassay to drive the marketing strategy and commercial performance of the IA franchise. The role partners with customer-facing teams to grow revenue, market development, customer adoption, and installed-base utilization.

You will own strategic plans, pricing, campaigns, training, and forecasting while engaging clinicians, laboratory professionals, and KOLs to strengthen market position and post-launch success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in IVD industry with at least 3 years in Product Management in Immunoassay.
• Experience engaging clinicians, lab professionals, healthcare stakeholders, and KOLs.
• Experience collaborating with distributors, Sales, Application Specialists, and Field Service Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic long-range plans, annual business plans, and budgets.
• Develop market intelligence covering customer insights, trends, pricing, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute Marketing Action Plans to drive market development and adoption.
• Drive revenue growth in partnership with Sales, Applications, and Field Service Engineers.
• Develop pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies with business cases.
