bioMérieux in the Philippines is seeking a Product Manager – Immunoassay to lead the marketing strategy and commercial performance of the IA franchise. You will work closely with customer-facing teams to drive revenue growth, market development, customer adoption, and installed-base utilization across our local operations in Metro Manila.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, including at least 3 years of Product Management experience in Immunoassay (IA).
• Experience engaging clinicians, laboratory professionals, healthcare stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Experience collaborating with distributors, Sales, Application Specialists, and Field Service Engineers.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategic long-range plans, annual budgets, and market strategies.
• Drive revenue growth and market development for the Immunoassay franchise.
• Create market intelligence and customer insights to guide positioning.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Sales, Applications, and Field Service Engineers.
• Manage pricing, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and inventory planning (>90%).
