Qualifications

• Experience preparing US immigration filing packets for USCIS.
• Experience with employment-based petitions (H,L,E).
• Knowledge of Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing.
• Strong USCIS forms knowledge and evidence standards.
• Excellent organization and file management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile complete immigration filing packets for USCIS submission.
• Assemble supporting documentation for employment-based visa petitions (H/L/E).
• Organize and review evidence for AOS and CP cases.
• Draft and format letters, forms, and exhibits per USCIS standards.
• Track filing requirements and identify documentation gaps across matters.
• Maintain organized digital case files and ensure completeness before filing.
• Follow up on outstanding client documents and flag missing items.
• Verify accuracy across all forms and evidence prior to submission.
• Support the attorney with case preparation tasks and administrative follow-through.
