Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking an Operations Department Deputy Supervisor to oversee supervision, training, evaluating staff, and stepping in for the Operations Supervisor as needed.

You will monitor daily workflows, coordinate sub-teams, track KPIs, escalate issues, and assist in preparing operational reports for upper management while upholding quality and safety standards throughout the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising, training and evaluating operations staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within established timelines.
• Ensure all operation department sub-teams work in a cohesive manner, facilitating communication and information sharing to resolve inter-departmental issues efficiently.
• Directly oversee and manage the workflow, performance, and daily operations of the operation department sub-teams.
• Monitor KPIs for all teams, identifying areas for improvement and coaching opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for any escalations or decisions that impact the workflow of the operation department sub-teams.
• Track KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and downtime.
• Assist in preparing operational reports for upper management.
• Conduct regular spot-checks to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.

As Operations Department Deputy Supervisor, you will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership

• Conduct shift briefings and coordinate daily task assignments.
• Assume leadership of the operations team in the absence of the Operations Supervisor

2. Operational Management

• Monitor daily workflows to ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within established timelines.
• Ensure all operation department sub-teams work in a cohesive manner, facilitating communication and information sharing to resolve inter-departmental issues efficiently.
• Directly oversee and manage the workflow, performance, and daily operations of the operation department sub-teams.
