Job summary

A leading technology company in the gaming sector is seeking an Operations Coordinator fluent in Chinese and English. Responsibilities include tracking key performance metrics, preparing reports, and managing campaign promotions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in operations or project coordination, strong execution skills, and familiarity with the Philippine market. Experience in the iGaming industry is preferred.

Qualifications

Fluent in Chinese and English is a must.
1-3 years in operations, project coordination or assistant role.
Strong execution and follow-up skills are essential.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required.
Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and fast-paced.
Experience in iGaming/Online Casino/Gaming Industry is preferred.
Familiarity with the Philippine market and platforms like GCASH/MAYA is beneficial.
Experience in campaign or performance support roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Track and analyze key metrics including DAU, revenue, acquisition, retention, and VIP performance.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Assist in managing campaigns and promotions such as bonuses and cash back.
Coordinate with Operations, Marketing Tech, and Customer Service teams.
Track project timelines to ensure on-time execution.
