Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an IFS Technical Specialist to design, develop, and support IFS Applications ERP. You will lead integrations with CRM, HR, and other systems, build reports with Power BI, and ensure data integrity and system reliability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders, development of custom extensions, and adherence to IS0/27001 standards. Office-based in the Philippines with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with IFS Applications ERP environment and integrations.
• Ability to design, develop, and support ERP extensions and reports.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and middleware integrations.
• Experience in coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom extensions, reports, and integrations within IFS Applications.
• Build and maintain integrations between IFS and third‑party systems using IFS Connect and APIs.
• Develop PL/SQL procedures and IFS scripting including IFS Aurena and IFS Developer Studio.
• Create and maintain reports using Business Reporter, Report Designer, and Power BI.
• Lead module configuration across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Projects.
• Participate in full lifecycle projects including data migration and go‑live support.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support and maintain runbooks and documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and liaise with product support and vendors.
