IFS Technical Developer

Empiric is looking for an experienced IFS Technical Developer to configure and customise the IFS system following best practices. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code, setting expectations and feature priorities throughout the development life cycle.

The selected candidate will work with both external and embedded databases, creating database schemas that support business processes, and handle basic technical areas such as base server development, configurations, and version control.

• 3‑5 years of experience in IFS ERP Finance / SCM / Projects module
• Experience across different business domains
• Functional consultant in IFS ERP, V10
• IFS ERP Cloud V22R2 or higher
• Additional functional modules (e.g., SCM, Maintenance, Quality Management, Sales CRM SRM, Projects, Contracts Management) are an advantage
• Experience with Terraform, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing in data environments
• Implementation and support experience, handling user queries, training, documentation, and upgrade methodologies

Term: 16 to 18 months.

Compensation: Good daily rate (B2B acceptable) + starter bonus + free lunch club.
