Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/related; 5 years IT deployments or similar customer environments.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms across deployments.
• Knowledge of identity security concepts including authentication protocols and attacks.
• Strong communication and ability to present technical content to diverse audiences.
• Experience with deployment tooling and scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, configure Falcon Identity modules and AD/AAD integration.
• Assist in defining Zero Trust policies and conditional access rules.
• Troubleshoot issues across small to large enterprises.
• Develop solutions using Falcon APIs and automation scripts.
