Job summary

A & L Fishpond Hatchery Inc. is seeking an operator to run ice-making machinery in our Apalit, Pampanga facility. You will monitor production efficiency, perform routine maintenance, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred; relocation to Apalit is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology or Senior HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction.
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Apalit before starting work.
