Job summary

A leading property management company in Metro Manila is seeking a diligent maintenance worker. The candidate will perform daily checks on suction pressure and oil levels, maintain ice machines, monitor ammonia levels, and ensure cleanliness in the facility. Responsibilities also include assisting with retail and delivery operations. Applicants should be proactive and detail-oriented, capable of working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Check daily suction pressure, oil level, thawing time, and ice thickness.
• Maintain the freezing tank by cleaning the ice machine weekly.
• Check for ammonia leaks and clean the water filter.
• Monthly drain the oil path separator and clean the tube maker, cooling tower, and sprinkles.
• Lubricate the compressor and motor bearings, and check all motor pumps.
• Monitor the harvest of machine.
• Input to monitoring sheet and operator logbook.
• Ensure the ice bagger is in good working condition.
• Assist with delivery and retail operations as needed.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the plant.
