Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking an ICAS Performance Engineer to lead the design, integration, benchmarking, validation, and performance assessment of Infotainment, Connected Services, Vehicle Access, and Security features.

The role focuses on translating customer needs into measurable requirements and driving DVP&R activities, ensuring readiness at program milestones and supporting launch efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Software or related field.
  • 1–2 years of automotive product development, integration, validation, or systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle electrical/electronic architectures and connected vehicle technologies.
  • Experience with CAN tools, diagnostics, data analysis, and issue resolution processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and validation of ICAS features with focus on customer interaction, usability, and quality.
  • Translate VoC inputs into measurable functional objectives and vehicle requirements.
  • Define feature performance targets through benchmarking and customer research.
  • Develop and execute DVP&R activities, validation plans, and test procedures.
  • Support vehicle integration, issue triage, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
