Responsibilities

• Testing: Develop testing standards and procedures under supervision.
• Engineering Solutions Design: Feasibility testing and feedback for design validation.
• Improvement/Innovation: Implement improvements and use change systems.
• Policy Development & Implementation: Provide routine support services.
• Work Scheduling and Allocation: Design monthly schedules and assign tasks as needed.
• Project Management: Support a range of project management activities.
• Needs Assessment: Collect information to understand routine queries.
• Solutions Analysis: Find effective responses to routine inquiries.
• Product and/or Solution Development: Support product/solution development activities.
• Personal Capability Building: Grow capabilities through training and education.
