Qualifications

• Develop testing standards and procedures under guidance.
• Implement feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions under supervision.
• Implement improvements and provide feedback on them, using standard change management systems.
• Provide routine support services related to policies and implementations.
• Design monthly work schedule and allocate tasks to expedite workflow and high-priority completion.

Responsibilities

• Testing: Develop testing standards and procedures under the direction of professional colleagues.

• Improvement/Innovation: Implement improvements and provide feedback on them. Use change management systems and protocols to provide routine supportive services.
• Policy Development & Implementation: Provide routine support services to others.
• Work Scheduling and Allocation: Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
• Project Management: Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
• Needs Assessment: Collect information to gain a better understanding of routine procedural queries.
• Solutions Analysis: Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional enquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.
• Product and/or Solution Development: Support others by carrying out a range of product and/or solution development and/or engineering activities such as analyzing client situations or interpreting data.
• Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
