Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an IAM Specialist / Team Lead to drive identity management operations and mentor team members. You will support strategic identity initiatives across the organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role balances technical IAM work with leadership responsibilities, including stakeholder management and governance documentation, in a hybrid setup at the Cubao office with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on Okta administration or equivalent IAM solutions.
• Solid understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Okta-based IAM services.
• Oversee administration of Okta SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory.
• Configure and support enterprise application integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Drive efficient user access provisioning and deprovisioning across platforms.
• Serve as escalation point for complex IAM incidents and operational issues.
• Guide security and infrastructure teams in identity security best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Develop operational processes, runbooks, and governance documentation.
• Support audit, risk, and compliance requirements related to identity security.
