Job summary

Qualifications

• A tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global IAM processes and manage access requests.
• Maintain least privileged access aligned with job function.
• Respond to information security inquiries following ITIL guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and controls.
• Meet SLAs for JML and access requests.
• Build relationships with business customers to ensure service delivery.
• Provide guidance for IT security and user access activities.
• Analyze requests to ensure separation of duties.
• Produce accurate management information for reporting.
• Investigate access inquiries to minimise disruption.
