Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines seeks an experienced IAM/PAM Engineer to join a 24/7 operations support team. You will provide production support, incident resolution, monitoring, and troubleshooting for enterprise IAM and PAM platforms.

The role requires strong technical skills in SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, ITIL processes, and Java/BeanShell scripting, with integrations to AD/LDAP/REST APIs. On-call coverage includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Experience supporting IAM and PAM platforms (SailPoint IdentityIQ & CyberArk) in an enterprise environment.
Understanding of IAM/IGA concepts, processes, and security best practices.
Familiarity with ITIL-based service management (incident/problem/change).
Working knowledge of Java and BeanShell scripting for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and production support for IAM, PAM, and secrets management platforms.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues to ensure platform stability.
Troubleshoot incidents and resolve with adherence to SLAs.
Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, application and security teams on complex issues.
Support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and privileged account administration.
Contribute to root cause analysis and problem management initiatives.
Participate in rotational on-call support including evenings and weekends.
Maintain operational documentation and provide timely incident updates.
