The role focuses on building analytics dashboards and integrated workflows across IAM platforms and data sources. You will collaborate with security, risk, and application teams to ensure compliant, scalable IAM solutions with clear governance.

Join the G Nation today!## **Key Responsibilities**### **AI enablement and automation*** **Identify repetitive, manual, or error-prone Identity Governance activities that can be improved through AI, workflow automation, scripting, or analytics.*** **Design, prototype, test, and operationalize AI-enabled solutions for use cases such as access request triage, entitlement analysis, certification support, policy interpretation, control monitoring, issue classification, and evidence preparation.*** **Develop reusable patterns, prompt templates, automation components, and operating procedures that can be adopted across the IAM team.*** **Integrate AI and automation capabilities with identity governance platforms, access management systems, ticketing tools, reporting platforms, and approved enterprise data sources.*** **Establish appropriate human review points, escalation paths, and fallback procedures for AI-assisted IAM activities.**### **Identity Governance analytics and insight*** **Build dashboards, reports, and analytical views that help the IAM team monitor access risk, certification progress, control performance, exceptions, orphaned accounts, inactive identities, and remediation status.*** **Analyze identity and access data to identify trends, anomalies, control gaps, and opportunities for risk reduction.*** **Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for IAM leadership, application owners, control owners, audit stakeholders, and business partners.*** **Improve the quality, consistency, and usability of IAM metrics and management reporting.*** **Support data-driven prioritization of access reviews, remediation activities, application onboarding, and governance improvements.**### **Identity Governance delivery and controls*** **Support the implementation and continuous improvement of identity lifecycle, access request, access certification, role, entitlement, segregation-of-duties, and access review processes.*** **Partner with IAM engineers, application teams, security teams, risk and compliance functions, and process owners to deliver governed solutions.*** **Ensure AI-enabled and automated processes align with security policies, privacy requirements, audit expectations, segregation-of-duties principles, and least-privilege objectives.*** **Document process designs, data flows, control points, decision logic, technical configurations, and operational procedures.*** **Participate in testing, change management, incident analysis, root-cause analysis, and post-implementation reviews.**### **Enablement and adoption*** **Act as an AI and automation champion within Identity Governance.*** **Create practical guidance, playbooks, demonstrations, training materials, and knowledge articles for IAM users and stakeholders.*** **Coach team members on responsible use of AI, data handling, prompt design, automation opportunities, and validation of AI-generated outputs.*** **Facilitate discovery workshops and working sessions to identify opportunities and define measurable outcomes.*** **Promote repeatable, secure, and maintainable approaches rather than isolated or unsupported automations.**### **Governance and responsible AI*** **Define and apply standards for the safe use of AI in identity-related processes, including data minimization, access controls, logging, traceability, model or prompt evaluation, and human oversight.*** **Assess the risks, limitations, and failure modes of proposed AI solutions before production use.*** **Maintain an inventory of AI-enabled IAM use cases, owners, data sources, controls, and review requirements.*** **Monitor solution performance and accuracy, investigate exceptions, and recommend improvements.*** **Ensure sensitive identity, access, employee, customer, and security data is handled only through approved tools and processes.****What We Offer**Opportunity for career growth and development in the #1 FinTech company in the country Working with a dynamic and highly collaborative team who want to change the game A company that values their people with highly competitive and flexible compensation and benefits package
