I&C Maintenance Technician

Job summary

San Miguel Global Power seeks an experienced I&C technician to inspect, service, and troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, electro-pneumatic, hydraulic, and computer-based instruments and control systems at our Masinloc facility.

You will read P&IDs and PLC ladder logic, maintain calibration and measurement tools, and ensure safe, reliable plant operation. Willingness to work in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a technical vocational course.
• Certificate or license in Instrumentation & Control servicing (NC2 or related) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years' I&C technician experience in power or heavy industries preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; willingness to learn.
• Able to read P&IDs, DCS loop diagrams, PLC ladder logic, and technical manuals.
• Familiar with CMMS for maintenance planning and tracking.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales.
