Job summary

PeopleLogic in Manila is seeking an experienced Hyperion EPM support specialist to provide L2/L3 support for Essbase, Hyperion Planning, HFM, FDMEE, Smart View and DRM. You will diagnose incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in both on-prem and cloud environments.

You will also manage installations, upgrades and security, monitor health and performance, and coordinate backups, DR testing and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–7 years of hands-on Hyperion/Oracle EPM support and administration (adjust based on seniority required).
• Certifications in Oracle Hyperion are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Hyperion EPM applications (Essbase, Hyperion Planning, HFM/Financial Close, FDMEE/Data Management, Smart View, DRM).
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Manage installations, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes for on-prem and/or cloud-based Hyperion environments.
• Monitor system health, job schedules, service availability, and Essbase cube performance; implement performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Maintain and administer security (application and file system), user provisioning, and role-based access controls.
• Manage backups, recoveries, disaster recovery testing and runbooks for Hyperion components.
• Integrate Hyperion with source/target systems (ERP, data warehouses) using FDMEE, flat files, or ETL interfaces; support data loads and mappings.
