Job summary

AboitizPower seeks a Grid Manager based in Benguet to oversee generation assets in the grid and drive reliability alongside the Operations & Maintenance team. This role focuses on optimizing performance, cost control, and asset strategies within Hedcor, Inc.'s hydropower operations in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in hydropower, supervisory leadership, and a proven track record in asset management, budgeting, and safety compliance to help power community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME/EE/CE).
• 8 years in a hydropower generation plant.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity in a hydropower facility.
• 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet.

Responsibilities

• Manage generation assets of the grid.
• Maximize revenue and minimize losses/costs.
• Maintain availability and reliability plant factors.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX; prepare budgets.
• Develop asset strategies and RCFA/RCM analyses.
• Lead safety, quality, and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with teams to achieve yearly targets.
