Job summary

SMEC (An SJ Group Company) is seeking a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to lead hydraulic design for hydropower projects. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Hydraulic or Hydropower Engineering and bring 10+ years of international project experience.

You will contribute to multi-continent hydropower initiatives, deliver robust hydraulic design solutions, and collaborate with global teams to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable power generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Hydraulic or Hydropower Engineering.
• 10+ years of hydraulic design experience on hydropower projects, with international exposure on at least two continents.
• Experience designing hydraulic aspects for at least two hydropower projects.
