Job summary

Marsh in Manila, Philippines is seeking a skilled Client Support Services - Treaty Technical Account to join our hybrid team. You will manage treaty portfolios, process technical entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 6+ years in treaty technical accounts, excellent English communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You will train future hires and contribute to process improvements within a global organization.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in treaty technical accounts > 6 years in the reinsurance industry
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Prior reinsurance industry experience, especially in Treaty Reinsurance, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review broker placements for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Manage assigned treaty portfolio: process risks and invoices, reconcile technical entries, and follow up as required.
• Reconcile premium accounts with clients and fiduciaries; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Process technical account transactions using internal systems; meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate professionally with brokers, clients and market contacts; elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and internal controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and perform ad hoc tasks as requested
• Deliver accurate, timely technical accounting for facility accounts
• To be the Technical Subject Matter Expert for the team and provide the training to the future new hires.
