Job summary

D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Manager (AU) to lead treasury, cash management, and related finance operations in a hybrid setup in Metro Manila.

The role focuses on optimizing liquidity, banking relationships, and treasury projects for Australian accounts. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in treasury or cash management, strong Excel and ERP experience, and a track record of process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or cash management roles.
• Demonstrated cash flow management, treasury operations, banking relationships, and financial analysis.
• Proven experience leading or supervising finance teams.
• Advanced Excel skills with modelling, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions and maintain accurate banking and cash flow records.
• Monitor cash balances across bank accounts and ensure liquidity.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyses for management.
• Lead banking projects, account openings/closures, and treasury process improvements.
• Coordinate equipment financing arrangements and loan administration.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and oversee month-end treasury activities.
• Act as liaison for treasury, banking, customers, and vendors.
• Lead and develop Accounts Payable/Receivable and Banking functions.
