Job summary

MRI Software in Ortigas, Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks an Onboarding Coordinator and Trainer to support the Training Manager and onboarding team. You will prepare training agendas, conduct sessions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience that helps clients become advocates for MRI residential products.

The role requires strong communication, CRM familiarity, and the ability to coordinate schedules, maintain records, and respond to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience in Real Estate industry.
• Experience using a real estate CRM is an advantage (Box+Dice, Vault, Agent Box).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Empathy to understand each client you train.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts all admin and sales onboarding training with the client.
• External consultant booking when required.
• Adhere to the training schedule process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain training records and commitments to clients.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Training Manager.
• Monitor expiring/expired training hours.
• Assist the Training Manager with monthly reports.
• Respond to client information requests and related services.
• Prepare training agendas in advance for client sessions.
• Serve as first point of contact for onboarding training.
• Understand onboarding processes for staff absences.
• Deliver face-to-face training when required.
