Job summary

Macquarie Group in Metro Manila is seeking a detail‑oriented settlement professional to process FX settlements and fund custody accounts, while performing stock verification and generating cash and risk reports. You will work closely with traders, middle office and external counterparties to resolve trade issues.

The role supports a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and offers a pathway to develop in a global financial services group with strong internal collaboration and learning

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, communication and prioritisation skills with a high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the aptitude to learn system flows.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills with a good understanding of Word and Excel.
• Flexibility to work outside of office hours as required.
• Good customer service skills with experience liaising with internal and external clients.
• Experience in handling payment and FX settlements is an advantage.
• Ability to investigate issues and elevate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process the settlement of FX transactions and funding of custody accounts related to trade settlements.
• Perform stock verification processes and run reports related to cash projections and risk.
• Collaborate with traders, middle office and counterparties to resolve trade issues.
