Job summary

Reuters in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Support Operations Analyst to deliver ad hoc reporting and manage automation projects for CS&S leadership. You will own the Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate estate, ensure data trust, and collaborate with Power Platform developers from requirements through adoption.

The role requires 4+ years in operations analytics or workforce analytics within contact centers, strong Power BI and Excel skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and Genesys.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in business analysis or reporting within a contact center or shared services.
• Hands-on Power BI development experience with data modeling, DAX, semantic models, and report publication.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to maintain and enhance solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Familiarity with Genesys, Aspect/Alvaria, and Salesforce and their reporting data.
• Project management discipline with requirements, stakeholders, testing, and status reporting.
• Strong written communication; able to brief leaders and highlight risks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely ad hoc reporting and analysis for Operations and leadership.
• Own project management for process and report automation initiatives from requirements to adoption.
• Sustain accuracy, availability, and governance of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate assets.
• Build and maintain a single source of truth across CS&S data sources (Salesforce, Genesys, LiveHelp, Aspect, Snowflake).
• Produce metrics and insights with actionable recommendations for action.
