Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Planning Assistant in Taguig (Hybrid). The role provides operational and administrative support to the Planning Team, coordinating with 3PLs, managing POs, monitoring inventory, and producing performance dashboards.

Candidates should have a Engineering degree or related field, experience with SAP (preferred), Power BI or similar tools, and 2–5 years in supply chain planning or logistics, with strong Excel skills and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related Operations field.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP (preferred).
• Knowledge of Power BI or other dashboarding/reporting tools (preferred).
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or logistics operations (preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Trade Customization Execution as a Planning Business Partner.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Manage purchase orders, including placement, modification, and cancellation.
• Support inventory management and Slow-Moving & Obsolete Inventory (SLOB) monitoring.
• Generate, maintain, and publish supply chain performance reports and dashboards.
• Assist in deployment planning activities between distribution centers.
• Perform master data validation, maintenance, and accuracy checks.
• Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with warehouse operations and regional deployment planners.
• Provide administrative, organizational, and clerical support to the Supply Chain Planning Team.
• Support continuous process improvements through accurate reporting and operational coordination.
