Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. seeks a SCP Data Analyst to provide standardized back-office support for Supply Management Americas through analytics and process execution.

The role handles dashboard maintenance, data validation, and routine reporting while collaborating across time zones. A data analytics background, PowerBI expertise, and English fluency are essential, with night-shift availability and a hybrid work setup offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of work experience.
• Strong attention to detail in repetitive transactional & analytical work.
• Knowledge in PowerBI dashboards (DAX & Power Query) for large-scale datasets, including basic PowerBI report enhancements, and Excel with SCORE datalake.
• Exposure to Supply Chain Analytics, reporting, dashboard maintenance and/or shared-services process execution is preferred.
• Effective cross-cultural collaboration across time zones in a global environment.
• Proficient level of English.
• Willing to work night shifts depending on business needs.
• Hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & refresh dashboard applications.
• Troubleshoot data flow issues leading to dashboard refresh errors.
• Perform punch list improvements.
• Support maintenance of systems to enable reliable planning outputs.
• Execute standardized data checks through predefined criteria.
• Maintain planning parameters according to documented procedures.
• Escalate parameter exceptions for further troubleshooting & decision.
• Maintain Supply Management scorecard.
• Refresh backorder reports.
• Run documented un-confirmation checklists and escalate exceptions.
• Ensure timely and consistent delivery of other routine analytics as directed.
• Execute assigned recurring activities according to documented procedures.
• Monitor completion of scheduled tasks and reports.
• Escalate exceptions outside documented procedures.
• Identify repetitive manual activities.
• Support process cleanup & standardization.
• Contribute to reporting improvement activities for recurring tasks.
• Maintain documentation of work instructions.
• Contribute to the creation of a service catalog.
