Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline – required
• 3–7 years of experience in software quality assurance within a product development environment (US Healthcare) – required
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies – required
• Experience testing web, mobile, or SaaS applications – required

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, Rest Assured, and Swagger/Open API
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Support CI/CD and DevOps testing integration
