Job summary

Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. (JWS - Logistics) is seeking a Supply Planning Senior Manager to guide brand-specific supply strategies and oversee end-to-end planning.

The role focuses on aligning service levels, inventory health, and costs through strong cross-functional leadership. The successful candidate will drive S&OP/S&OE processes, manage capacity planning, and report to executives. A hybrid work arrangement in Bicutan, Paranaque is required, with emphasis on leadership and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in supply planning, demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, or end-to-end supply chain leadership.
• Hands-on experience with planning systems/tools such as Anaplan or similar.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Bicutan, Paranaque.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between JWSL and the Brand to ensure alignment on supply strategies and priorities.
• Lead short- to long-term supply planning for brand-specific items to meet service level requirements.
• Drive monthly S&OP and S&OE processes, including supply alignment, capacity planning, and executive reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, visibility, and execution of supply plans using planning systems such as Anaplan.
• Develop and implement supply risk mitigation strategies addressing forecast volatility, capacity limits, and disruptions.
• Optimize inventory levels and working capital by enforcing inventory policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Commissaries, Logistics, and Business Units on supply strategies, new launches, and line extensions.
• Monitor supply, inventory, and service performance, addressing gaps, risks, and cost impacts.
• Build strong partnerships with Brand stakeholders and ensure service level commitments are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply planning team while promoting safety, food quality, and company values.
