Job summary

Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. (JWS - Logistics) in Parañaque is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to ensure stock availability at the lowest possible cost within the assigned product group.

You will create replenishment plans, model forecast scenarios, and coordinate with suppliers to meet delivery and cost goals. The role requires a Bachelors degree in business (Industrial Engineering preferred) and 2-3 years of relevant inventory and supply planning experience, with a hybrid work setup in

• A graduate of Bachelors Degree in any business course, but preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• With 2-3 years of related work experience in inventory management and supply planning.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Paranaque (Hybrid Work Setup).

Responsibilities

• Creates and recommends short- and long-term replenishment plans for items in the assigned category.
• Simulates and discusses forecast changes to identify critical items with supervisor.
• Presents high/low scenarios based on historical trends to anticipate lapses or run-out.
• Provides delivery schedule and coordinates with suppliers on quantity and timeliness; gives feedback to purchasing on supplier reliability.
• Establishes safety stock and target inventory to ensure supply availability at minimum cost.
• Reviews, recommends, and executes delivery plans based on allocated supplier volumes per warehouse.

Job Description:

The Supply Planning Specialist ensures the availability of stocks at the least possible cost for the assigned product group or assigned customer.

• Creates and recommends short- and long-term plans to superiors related to replenishment planning for items belonging to his or her category.
• Simulates, discusses, and provides scenarios of changes in forecast to determine critical items with the immediate superior.
• Presents a high/low scenario based on historical trends on related products, to anticipate lapsing or run-out.
• Provides delivery schedule and coordinates with suppliers on, quantity, timeliness, and other day-to-day concerns, delivery performance, and gives feedback to the purchasing department on suppliers reliability.
• Establishes a safety stock and target inventory level to ensure supply availability at the minimum operational cost.
• Reviews, recommends, and executes delivery plans based on the allocated volume per supplier per warehouse or depot.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelors Degree in any business course, but preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• With 2-3 years of related work experience in inventory management and supply planning.
