Job summary

Jollibee Group of Companies seeks a Production Planning & Inventory Control Initiatives Planner, Specialist to oversee project initiatives from business units and commissaries. You will drive end-to-end commercialization of launches, coordinating across R&D, Manufacturing, QA, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure readiness and on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management related to product launches with end-to-end stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ERP/SAP/Anaplan systems; willing to hybrid work on-site Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new product launches from project initiation through launch execution and post-launch evaluation.
• Manage cross-functional project teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Drive project execution with aligned deliverables, timelines, milestones, and business objectives across BUs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues when needed.
