Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 15+ years of experience in US Accounting.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and industry-specific practices.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, M3).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for clients including AP, AR, and general ledger.
• Reconcile daily sales from POS systems with bank deposits and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Collaborate with U.S. client teams to resolve queries and ensure timely deliverables.
• Review work of junior associates and provide mentorship.
