IDR is hiring a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to build and improve production web apps using Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and SQL. The role spans frontend, backend, and database work, requiring pragmatic architecture decisions and maintainable code in a production environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing APIs and testing practices (unit/integration).
• Ability to own features from design through production release.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement backend logic, APIs, database schemas, and business workflows.
• Write efficient SQL queries and work directly with PostgreSQL.
• Create clean, reusable frontend components.
• Participate in technical design discussions and make pragmatic architecture decisions.
• Write automated tests and follow TDD or test-first development practices where appropriate.
• Debug production issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Review code and help improve engineering quality standards.
• Work closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into reliable software.
