Job summary

Staff Domain, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Accountant to support the US market from the Philippines on a hybrid schedule in Ortigas, Pasig. You will manage day-to-day general ledger activity, maintain balance sheet integrity, and assist the close with US stakeholders and global finance teams.

This role requires SAP/NetSuite/Oracle proficiency, 4–7 years in accounting, and strong controls. You will partner with AP/AR, review O2C/P2P/R2R, and assist auditors while supporting process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 4–7 years accounting experience, ideally in shared-services or transactional environments (O2C/P2P/R2R).
• ERP proficiency (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Demonstrated ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and month-end journal cycles.
• Experience with reconciliation templates and journal workflow systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations monthly across all accounts.
• Review O2C, P2P, and sales transactions for correct revenue and expense recognition.
• Manage the Fixed Assets Register and review sales commissions for accuracy.
• Prepare and post recurring, accrual and prepayment journals with proper approvals.
• Support bank reconciliations and respond to audit requests.
• Collaborate with AP/AR to streamline processes and drive improvements.
• Support tax filings and act as a backup for Finance Manager across regions.
