Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Security Penetration Tester SME (CL10) for a hybrid role in Cubao, QC. The position focuses on designing, building, and protecting enterprise systems, data, and assets against cybersecurity threats.

The role requires at least 5 years of security pentesting experience and a strong command of testing methodologies, incident response, and threat intelligence. You will lead testing initiatives across multiple teams in a day-shift, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing.
• Expert proficiency in Security Penetration Testing.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols and methodologies.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with incident response and threat intelligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Security Penetration Testing.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform security testing operations.
• Responsible for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement security testing strategies to identify vulnerabilities.
• Conduct thorough assessments and penetration tests on enterprise systems.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in addressing security issues.
• Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Engage with multiple teams to ensure security of information and infrastructures.
