Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP EAM/PM configuration, implementation, and production support.
• Strong end-to-end SAP PM processes including Work Identification, Notification, Work Order, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, and Closure.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM in AMS environments.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Experience coordinating with ABAP and SAP CPI teams to resolve integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP EAM/PM business processes and manage work orders.
• Analyze and resolve day-to-day SAP PM incidents while meeting SLA targets.
• Develop functional specs for custom developments, reports, and interfaces (RICEFW).
• Collaborate with ABAP and SAP CPI teams to resolve integration issues.
• Support UT, SIT, and UAT with test planning and defect management.
• Educate users on best practices to reduce repeat incidents.
