Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Salesforce Specialist in Metro Manila to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role requires hands-on Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integration, and strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Hybrid work is offered in a central Manila location. The ideal candidate holds Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, with Platform Developer II and Admin certifications viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across all facets of the Salesforce platform, with depth in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform architecture.
• Experience configuring objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules and permissions.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certificate is required; Platform Developer II and Admin are desirable.
• Degree in IT/CS or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce automation.
• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and front-end technologies.
