Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Risk and Compliance Associate for Cebu City in a hybrid setup. You will support time and expense processes, verify resigning employees’ T&E, and ensure timely notifications and clearances. Open to undergraduates or fresh graduates with relevant exposure; 6 months BPO experience is a plus. Training will be provided, and strong time management is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of any BPO experience or BPO operations experience; preferably non-voice
• Open to undergraduates with the required experience above
• Open to fresh graduates without experience
• Excel knowledge is not required but resource should be trainable

Responsibilities

• Check accurately T&E accountabilities of resigning employees
• Send notifications related to T&E clearance on time
• Clear employees in myExit tool on time
• Answer Accenture Support queries accurately related to Time and Expense
• MyTE hardcopy accounting
