Job summary

ProSource in the Philippines is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to analyze transactions, identify financial crime, and support a strong compliance culture. You will perform CDD/AML screening, risk assessments, and document findings while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role offers a hybrid work setup and a full-time schedule, with a Monday–Friday workweek and regular opportunities to contribute to process improvements within a dynamic remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience performing KYC/CDD in financial services or fintech.
• Familiarity with AML/CTF concepts including sanctions and PEP.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end CDD including initial and ongoing reviews.
• Assess client risk per AML/CTF and regulatory standards.
• Screen for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media; document results.
• Prepare risk assessment summaries for review by Risk & Compliance Manager.
• Support process improvements and audit readiness.
