Job summary

Syngenta Seeds in the Philippines is seeking a Rice Campaign Manager to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for its hybrid rice portfolio, spanning institutional stakeholders, general trade, and farmers to build demand, credibility and adoption.

Under the Grower Marketing Manager, you will shape annual campaign plans, coordinate with government and value-chain partners, lead field activations, and ensure campaigns are practical, measurable, and aligned with national priorities;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 3–5+ years in agribusiness, seeds, rice, or crop-related marketing roles.
• Experience engaging with government agricultural stakeholders or development programs desired.
• Exposure to field marketing, grower education, or campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of rice production systems and farmer economics.
• Ability to engage and influence public-sector and value-chain stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Practical, execution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively to field locations and stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual rice campaign strategies aligned with priorities and calendars.
• Translate portfolio priorities into objectives and activation plans across channels.
• Ensure rice campaigns position hybrids as productivity and food-security solutions.
• Engage with government units and stakeholders to position Syngenta as a credible partner.
• Design farmer-focused campaigns and lead field activations, trainings, and education.
