Job summary

You will validate terms, process statements, manage claims administration, monitor loss reserves, prepare reports, and support process improvements. The role offers hybrid work with at least three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience processing treaty technical accounts and/or claims in a reinsurance environment.
• Solid understanding of treaty reinsurance concepts and contract wordings.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain issues clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data-entry/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own technical treaty matters from placement to accounting and settlement.
• Validate treaty terms, endorsements and final contract documentation; ensure data entry accuracy.
• Review and process technical statements of account, claims advices and billings.
• Manage claims administration according to treaty wording and limits.
• Monitor outstanding loss reserves and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide timely responses to queries from clients, reinsurers and brokers.
• Produce regular regulatory and internal reports meeting standards.
