Job summary

Guy Carpenter, a brand of Marsh Philippines, seeks an energetic Reinsurance Credit Control Operations Analyst (Fiduciary) in Manila to support client payments, reconciliation and reporting within Asia time zones. Junior and Senior levels are welcome; duties include recording activities, client contact, cash-flow monitoring and ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze fiduciary balances and cash flow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting.
Ability to work across Asia time zones and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Record all activities in the workflow system to meet payment, reporting, reconciliation and compliance requirements.
Serve as client contact for day-to-day needs and provide answers to standard questions related to payment and activity.
Identify cash flow problems/exposures and advise senior team members on options and impact.
Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, prospects, and team to deliver best in class service and drive growth.
Assist with RFP activity by providing reports on collection/remittance processes.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
