Bolder Group is seeking a Quality and Assurance Manager for its Center of Excellence (COE) in the Philippines. You will establish and maintain the quality governance framework across COE functions, ensuring service delivery meets standards, KPIs, SLAs, and control requirements while enabling transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6+ years in governance, risk, or COE/shared services environments.
• Strong KPI tracking, audit readiness, and control frameworks experience.
• Proficient in process improvement methodologies and analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

• Establish and maintain a standardized quality governance framework for COE.
• Monitor KPI performance, SLAs, and control breaches; drive actions.
• Lead audits, compliance assessments, and risk management activities.
• Develop dashboards and quality reports for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with automation teams to strengthen digital controls.
• Support continuous improvement and SOP standardization.
