Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year of university.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-focused with client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with software testing to ensure quality inputs and outputs.
• Provide user support and help improve the product.
