In Retirement Technology, we work with segment and business leaders to define their systems development needs, facilitate product management and deliver high-quality software and support. We also deliver systems, software development, user and technology support to clients across the Philippines and beyond. Education

Joining us for five to six months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:

• Develop, enhance, and support suite of system interfaces and reports using .NET and SQL technologies


• Provide ongoing support to the Retirement Technology Solutions team


• Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements

• In your penultimate or final year of university


• Studying for a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, or a related field


• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools


• Experience or familiarity in web development


• Experience or familiarity with source code version control


• Quality focus related to software usage, inputs and output


• Willing and eager to learn new technologies


• A strong written and verbal communicator


• A quick learner keen to solve challenging technical problems


• A natural team player with a sense of accountability

While not essential, knowledge of Automation Testing Tool, .Net development, relational databases, Agile, and Scrum methodologies would also be advantageous.

Workstyles

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
