GECO Asia, an IT consultancy with offices in Manila, is seeking a Quality Engineer (TOSCA) with 3+ years in software QA and test automation. The role focuses on automation-first testing, defect management, and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The position offers hybrid work with onsite Fridays in Uptown 2, BGC, Taguig or Cebu eBloc. Benefits include HMO, 13th month pay, and pro-rated leaves.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or QA.
• Hands-on with TOSCA Testsuite is required.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking, test execution, and test design.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Use TOSCA Testsuite for test automation and management.
• Establish QA processes and testing standards; report defects promptly.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing coverage and software reliability.
• Aim for high automation coverage, targeting up to 80% of functional requirements.
