Job summary

Avaloq Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled software developer to advance the Avaloq Wealth Management suite. You will work in PL/SQL and Avaloq Script, design new features, and extend standard customizations while maintaining existing functionalities.

Collaborating with business analysts and architects to implement customer requirements, you will develop automated tests and update technical documentation. Fluency in English and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Experienced in Avaloq software development and product implementation.
Extensive PL/SQL programming experience.
Knowledge of Oracle databases and reporting tools is a plus.
Front-end development experience (e.g. .NET/Java/Web) is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with banking applications is an advantage.
University degree in computer science or equivalent.
Fluent English and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop features or extensions related to Avaloq Wealth Management in PL/SQL and Avaloq Script.
Parametrize functionalities in the Avaloq Banking System.
Analyze customer requirements and design/implement new functionalities.
Collaborate with business analysis and architecture for specs and design.
Extend standard customization for Avaloq Core.
Maintain existing functionalities and develop automated tests.
Support development center in Manila for test maintenance.
Update technical documentation with Business Analysts and Technical Writers.
Provide technical support for customer projects (new implementations or upgrades).
